Our work with Framework began with a product incubator workshop aimed at helping them define and map out an idealized customer experience for a first-time homebuyer.
Based on insights from our product incubator workshop, we created mock marketing websites to stress test Framework’s product vision with target audiences.
We quickly and iteratively prototyped and tested core feature concepts with existing customers to better understand their needs.
This early stage work led to a robust product plan for Frameworks web and mobile app experience, which we designed and developed.
